After five years of working for the Department of Veterans Affairs, I am venturing off and taking another path. I am going to officially be a Stay-At-Home-Mom (SAHM). Well, actually, I want to know who came up with that term? I mean really ... do we really get to just stay home? Between the bank, the post office, the grocery store, Target, Wal-mart, dance class, doctor appointments - how often are we actually at home???
Of course I decided that I need to help contribute to the monthly income - I have a hard time staying idle! If I am not overwhelmed and stressed out, I feel that something must be wrong.
